âś…Roles & Responsibilities
⚡ Develop detailed and accurate electrical BIM models using Revit and related software
⚡ Coordinate with architects, structural, and MEP teams to ensure clash-free designs
⚡ Prepare detailed electrical layouts including power, lighting, cable routing, and containment systems
⚡ Produce construction-ready drawings, shop drawings, and as-built documentation
⚡ Ensure all designs comply with local regulations, project specs, and quality standards
⚡ Support construction teams with timely model updates and technical clarifications
⚡ Assist in quantity take-offs, BOQ preparations, and coordination drawings
⚡ Meet project deadlines while maintaining accuracy and BIM standards
âś… Candidate Requirements
⚡ Minimum 4+ years of experience in BIM electrical modelling with construction project involvement
⚡ Proven experience on Gulf region MEP or construction projects
⚡ Strong knowledge of electrical systems, UAE standards, and BIM workflows
⚡ Must be currently residing in the UAE and available to join immediately
⚡ Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant field
⚡ Effective communication and teamwork skills, both in office and on-sit
