Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Manage allocated BIM projects from inception to completion.
Develop and maintain project delivery schedules.
Ensure all project commitments and production schedules are met.
Prepare BIM Execution Plans according to project/client requirements.
- Team Coordination: Coordinate with clients and outsourced teams.
Manage in-house teams by allocating tasks and monitoring progress.
Lead the team to deliver projects on time and within scope.
- Quality Assurance & Compliance: Implement and adhere to quality assurance standards.
Conduct periodic audits of BIM models.
Follow company procedures during project execution.
Confirm deliverables with the reporting manager before submission.
- Reporting & Documentation: Provide regular progress reports to the immediate reporting manager.
Prepare billing and transmittal notes before project submissions.
Maintain and update resource libraries.
- Client & Business Coordination: Establish and lead BIM workshops and participate in coordination meetings.
Visit client offices to understand scope for tender projects.
Collaborate with the business team for project estimations and man-hour calculations.
- IT Coordination: Work with the IT team to set up BIM requirements for the in-house team.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Proven experience of 10+ years in BIM project management with multi-disciplinary knowledge.
- Strong understanding of BIM standards, procedures, and quality assurance.
- Proficiency in BIM software and tools.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Certification in BIM or related fields.
- Experience in the Middle East region.
- Familiarity with project billing and resource management.
