- Develop Go to Marketing (GTM) Strategy: design and execute comprehensive marketing strategies tailored to the IT Industry and target markets in the GCC Region (Oman, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia). Align strategies with business goals to increase market share and brand visibility.
- Campaign Management: Plan and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, traditional, events) to meet regional goals.
1. Social Media management: establish and maintain social media pages, communicate product information, events, success cases, and interact with partners’ pages.
2. Exhibition management: select the most valuable local exhibitions, plan and implement exhibit strategies.
3. Event management: Planning and implementing local Marketing events together with partners. Coordinate logistics, branding, and lead generation activities at events to maximize engagement and ROI. - Brand Management: Lead brand development, including brand positioning, awareness campaigns, and rebranding initiatives. Ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across all touchpoints, emphasizing the value the brand brings to customers.
- Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, paid media (AdWords, LinkedIn), social media, and content marketing. Optimize digital channels to drive traffic, generate leads, and improve ROI.
- Content Creation: Manage content strategy and creation for digital channels (website, blogs, social media). Ensure content is relevant to the target audience and aligned with regional market needs, reflecting the value provided by the products and services.
- Value Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement value marketing strategies that emphasize the benefits and solutions the company’s products and services provide. Ensure that marketing messages clearly communicate how the company’s offerings align with customer needs and deliver tangible value, fostering strong customer loyalty and long-term relationships
- Marketing Development Funds (MDF): Manage the allocation and utilization of MDF for partners and vendors. Track fund usage to ensure alignment with marketing objectives and measurable outcomes.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of marketing specialists, providing guidance, setting performance goals, and ensuring effective execution of marketing initiatives.
- Market Analysis & Insights: Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, customer needs, and new opportunities in the IT sector. Use insights to refine strategies and stay ahead of competitors.
- Partnerships and Collaborations: Establish and nurture relationships with key partners and vendors in the region.
- Compliance and Regulations: Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure marketing activities comply with legal requirements.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in digital marketing, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Hospitality, or Digital Marketing with significant relevant experience.
Minimum Experience/Skills Required:
- 15+ years of marketing experience, with at least 8+ years in the IT Industry preferably in the GCC region.
- Proven track record of managing marketing campaigns in the IT space, including digital marketing, brand management, and event execution.
- Demonstrated experience in managing MDF budgets, vendor relations, and partner-driven marketing activities.
- In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, AdWords, social media, email marketing, and paid media campaigns.
- Familiarity with modern digital marketing tools and platforms for lead generation, tracking, and performance optimization.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team of marketing professionals.
