We are looking for dynamic and experienced CRM Consultants to join our growing digital transformation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions to meet client-specific business requirements across sales, marketing, and service domains. You will work on end-to-end project lifecycles, from business analysis to configuration, integration, deployment, and post-launch support.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver tailored CRM solutions that address client business challenges in sales, marketing, and customer service.

  • Lead and participate in end-to-end CRM project lifecycles, including business analysis, solution design, development, implementation, testing, training, and change management.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders and internal teams to define CRM architecture and integration plans.

  • Customize and configure CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP CRM, or Oracle CX.

  • Perform data migration, cleansing, and system integrations using APIs and middleware tools.

  • Provide technical documentation, training, and support post-deployment.

  • Participate in pre-sales engagements, client workshops, and proposal development.

  • Ensure project quality, scope, and timelines are met.

  • Coach and guide junior team members and foster best practices.

Education & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related fields.

  • Relevant CRM Certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Consultant, Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE, Oracle CX Cloud) are highly desirable.

Minimum Experience and Technical Requirements:

  • Proven experience in implementing and customizing CRM platforms (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).

  • Strong understanding of CRM business processes (Sales, Service, Marketing).

  • Hands-on experience with CRM integrations, data migration, and custom development.

  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience with agile project methodologies is a plus.

  • Ability to work in cross-functional, multicultural teams.
