Senior Project Manager / Scrum Master

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead and deliver complex digital transformation initiatives across IT, SDLC, ERP, Low-Code, Networking, and enterprise platforms. This role requires a strong balance between delivery ownership (Project Manager) and Agile execution leadership (Scrum Master), ensuring predictable outcomes, stakeholder alignment, and continuous improvement across programs.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Program Delivery

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of digital and IT projects from initiation to closure.
  • Own project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and quality outcomes.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, milestones, and delivery roadmaps.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Agile & Scrum Leadership

  • Act as Scrum Master for Agile delivery teams, facilitating sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Remove delivery impediments and enable high-performing, self-organizing teams.
  • Promote Agile best practices while tailoring frameworks to business needs.
  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery velocity, predictability, and quality.

Stakeholder & Governance Management

  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to define objectives and success criteria.
  • Provide clear and transparent communication on project status, risks, and dependencies.
  • Manage expectations across government, semi-government, and enterprise clients.
  • Present project updates and dashboards to senior leadership.

Team & Vendor Management

  • Lead cross-functional internal teams and third-party vendors.
  • Allocate resources effectively across multiple parallel initiatives.
  • Foster a collaborative, accountable, and high-performance delivery culture.

Quality, Risk & Compliance

  • Implement governance, QA, and audit mechanisms across project lifecycles.
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate delivery risks.
  • Ensure adherence to Omnix PMO standards, Agile practices, and delivery frameworks.
  • Maintain complete and accurate project documentation.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree is an advantage.

Experience

  • 5–10 years of project management experience in IT and Digital Transformation.
  • Proven experience delivering projects in UAE government, semi-government, or enterprise sectors.
  • Strong hands-on exposure to both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Certifications (highly desirable): PMP or PMI-ACP / Scrum Master / Agile certifications.
