Responsibilities

• Understanding customer requirements and project KPIs
• Planning the activities, and involvement in project management activities.
• Install, configure, patches, tests and deploys complex systems and platforms meeting clients’ needs and specifications
• Setting up tools and required infrastructure for all types of environments (DEV, TEST, PROD )
• Implementing various development, testing, automation tools, and IT infrastructure
• Encouraging and building automated processes wherever possible
• Insure deployable packages, configuration scripts and environment-specific details are all in place to avoid pitfalls in the deployment process like over-complexity, excess dependencies between services.
• Drives the deployment automation process on different environments
• Keep the systems and network constantly up and running to provide an ultimate user experience.
• Monitoring the processes during the entire life cycle for its adherence and updating or creating new processes for improvement and minimizing the wastage
• Collaboration with other team members to ensure that the developed product is maintained and monitored properly.
• Troubleshooting techniques and fixing bugs.
• Incidence management and root cause analysis

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor in computer science or similar
• Linux based infrastructure.
• Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD tools, yaml, github, Git, and other devops operations tools.
• Security and Network infrastructure components.
