Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee all HR roles and duties in the regions where Omnix operates in
  • Lead, coach and influence the HR team to keep-up and perform to the expectations of the business
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Enhance employee experience (EX) by implementing best practices in the employee lifecycle
  • Design, implement, and monitor a variety of human resource programs (Grading system, Performance Management, Succession Planning, Onboarding Training for inhouse and outsourced employees, People Manager Development Program, etc.)
  • Designs compensation & benefits scheme for all employee in all the regions of business
  • Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to the employees and line managers (KPI development, coaching, counselling, career development)
  • Identify and implement relevant and robust assessment tools for talent identification, and succession planning. Collaborate with line managers and the leadership team to create succession strategies and plans that align to business objectives.
  • Manage employee grievances and disciplinary action together with the relevant Compliance and Legal teams and based on the local labour laws
  • Suggest and create policies/ amendments, assist in performing audits, update Handbook and required postings as needed
  • Manage communication with vendors and service providers for various HR needs like medical insurance policy renewal; policies and procedures; and other HR consultation needs.
  • Responsible for all management reports

Requirements and skills

  • Bachelors degree with HR Certifications
  • 10 years of related experience with 2 years of team management
  • Experience in the IT industry, preferably with an IT Integration service provider
  • Experience in a global company is a strong advantage
  • Fluency in English, fluency in Arabic is desirable but not mandatory
  • Good time-management skills with proven experience in managing HR Projects
  • Self-driven, resilient, energetic, and tech-savvy
  • Team player with excellent problem solving and communication skills
  • Excellent observation skills to identify bottlenecks & pain points
  • Excellent at MS office suite – Word, Excel and Powerpoint
