Custom Built Hi End Hardware Assembly and Testing Specialist

Job Responsibilities

• Hardware Assembly of Hi end workstations, Laptops, Serves, Trouble shooting, Software Installation and component optimization experience (preferable) and knowledge.
• Knowledge on software installation, support and troubleshooting of Autodesk, Adobe, Rhino, Lumion, Unity3D, Enscape, Twin Motion, Dassault Systemes, Tekla, Arc GIS, Ansys, Prokon, Etabs, Cinema 4D etc.
• Design, implement, and maintain complex computer systems and networks.
• Work with other members of the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Providing customers with step-by-step guidance to resolve technical problems.
• Documenting error reports and monitoring performance metrics
• Compiling IT instruction manuals and useful IT support resources.
• Coordination and communication within the team and with customers

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• B Tech/BE, Bachelor’s Degree, Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field..
• 5 to10 years of working experience in Hardware Assembling or a related field.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
