We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the areas of Cyber
Security and Digital Transformation. As a Sales Manager, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by
identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, vendor relationships and
coordination with Pre Sales and Technical Delivery Team. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to
develop sales strategies and ensure the successful implementation of our solutions to ensure that expected
Customer Deliverables are met on time. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in sales, should be in
the technology industry, and possess excellent communication and leadership skills.
Roles & Responsibilities

1. Business Development:

– Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the areas of Cyber Security, Digital Transformation
with a focus on data analytics, robotics, digital automation, and customer experience management.
– Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
– Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through effective lead generation and prospecting activities.
– Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.

2. Client Relationship Management:

– Build and nurture strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored
solutions in the areas of data analytics, robotics, digital automation, and customer experience management.
– Conduct client presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals to ensure customer satisfaction and
revenue growth.- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights and recommendations on industry best practices and
solutions.

3. Team Leadership:

– Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
– Set clear sales targets, monitor performance, and provide regular feedback to drive individual and team
success.
– Foster a collaborative and motivating work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth.

4. Solution Development and Implementation:

– Collaborate with internal teams, including product development and marketing, to tailor solutions to client
requirements in the areas of data analytics, robotics, digital automation, and customer experience
management.
– Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive offerings to provide input into
product development and marketing strategies.
– Ensure successful implementation of solutions, working closely with project teams to deliver on commitments.

5. Cyber Security Expertise:

– Utilize advanced cyber defense knowledge to position and sell cyber security solutions to clients.
– Offer managed security services and provide advisory and compliance services to clients.
– Stay updated on the latest cyber security threats and best practices to effectively address client needs.

Qualification and Education Requirements:
Minimum Education Required:

▪ Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Communication Engineering, Information Systems (or equivalent) from
an accredited university (preferred) or equivalent field experience.

Minimum Experience/Skills Required:

-The suitable candidate must have 5-10 years of experience in Cyber Security Sales.
-Proven track record of sales success in the areas of Cyber Security, Digital Transformation with expertise in data
analytics, robotics, digital automation, and customer experience management.
– Strong knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
– Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing sales teams.
– Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
– Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving revenue targets.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
– Willingness to travel as required.
