The Center Of Excellence XOC will provide a variety of managed services offerings such as Security Operations Center (SOC), Network Operations Center (NOC) and Operations Control Center (OCC).

Security Operations Center (SOC)

Defense - as - a service - Platinum

TIER 1 – Even Classification

Tier 1 Analysts monitor user activity, network events, and signals from security tools to identify events that merit attention.

TIER 2 – Prioritization and Investigation

Tier 1 Analysts prioritize, select the most important alerts and investigate them further. Real security incidents are passed to Tier 2 Analysts.

TIER 3 – Containment and Recovery

Once a security incident has been identified, the race is on to gather more data, identify the source of the attack, contain it, recover data and restore system operations.

TIER 4 – Remediation and Mitigation

SOC staff work to identify broad security gaps related to the attack and plan mitigation steps to prevent additional attacks.

TIER 5 – Assessment and Audit

SOC staff assess the attack and mitigation steps, gather additional forensic data, draw final conclusions and recommendation and finalize auditing and documentation.

Platform and Infra monitoring as a service - Gold

TIER 1 – Event Classification

Network Operations Center (NOC)

TIER 1 – Network Performance Monitoring

Perform Network Monitoring, network insights, and advanced alerting.

TIER 2 – Network Event Management and Traffic Analysis

Monitor network devices for routine and non-routine events. Perform Rapid incident response.

TIER 3 – Reporting

Once an incident has been identified, the race is on to gather more data, identify the issue source, contain it and report

TIER 4 – Network Configuration and change management

NOC staff to work on network issues identified in Tier 3 and work to eliminate downtime. NOC staff to perform compliance and automation and schedule the backup tasks.

TIER 5 – Network Maintenance

NOC staff to perform configuration backup tasks and patch management.

  • Remotely configure AV system based on design change
