Technical Product Manager
Lead / Principal Level

Own the end-to-end product lifecycle across a portfolio of digital products β€” where technical fluency meets strategic product leadership.

10+ Years Experience Required

Agile Squad Leadership
🌐 Arabic Language Proficiency Strongly Preferred

We are looking for a technically proficient product leader to own the end-to-end lifecycle across a portfolio of digital products serving internal and external stakeholders.

This role demands genuine technical fluency β€” the ability to engage directly with architects, engineers, and platform teams on system design, integration architecture, API strategy, and data flows. This is not a translation role. Operating at Lead/Principal level, you will set product and technical direction across multiple interconnected products, make engineering decisions with a clear understanding of business impact, and elevate the product management practice across the organisation.

Minimum Experience

Product Management β€” technically complex digital products

Pega Constellation
Hands-on low-code platform experience strongly preferred

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Portfolio Roadmap
  • Define and own product vision, strategy, and roadmap β€” covering near-term delivery, medium-term capability building, and long-term direction across a portfolio of digital products
  • Translate business objectives into prioritised product backlogs with clear acceptance criteria across multiple concurrent product streams
  • Develop and maintain product business cases including value propositions, success metrics, and investment rationale
  • Lead product discovery β€” opportunity assessments, problem framing, and hypothesis-driven experimentation
  • Identify inter-product dependencies, shared capabilities, and platform reuse opportunities to maximise delivery efficiency
Stakeholder Management & Governance
  • Serve as the primary accountability point between business stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners
  • Translate technical decisions into business language and business priorities into technical direction β€” fluently in both directions
  • Manage stakeholder expectations through structured communication, regular reporting, and transparent governance
  • Run product review meetings and cross-functional alignment sessions representing both product intent and technical integrity
Agile Delivery, Risk & Squad Leadership
  • Lead agile squads through sprint planning, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and release planning
  • Proactively identify, assess, and manage delivery risks β€” maintaining a live risk register and escalating with recommended mitigations before they impact timelines
  • Manage scope changes, dependency conflicts, and non-standard delivery events β€” ensuring all decisions are documented
  • Remove delivery impediments and escalate blockers to maintain squad velocity and quality
  • Collaborate with UI/UX, BA, Development, QA, and Platform teams to ensure design intent translates faithfully within delivery constraints
  • Define and track product metrics, OKRs, and KPIs to measure outcomes and drive continuous improvement
Technical Architecture & Platform Delivery
  • Engage directly with solution architects and integration engineers on system design β€” application architecture, API design, data flows, and integration patterns
  • Develop and own the technical product roadmap β€” sequencing foundational platform work to unblock feature delivery
  • Assess and recommend build/buy/configure/integrate decisions, weighing technical debt, scalability, and total cost of ownership
  • Maintain deep working knowledge of the technology stack β€” OutSystems Reactive Web, Pega Constellation, REST/SOAP APIs, cloud infrastructure, and data pipelines
  • Evaluate and challenge architectural proposals, vendor technical claims, and platform constraints
  • Own technical debt as a first-class product concern β€” track, prioritise, and advocate for technical health investments
  • Define and govern non-functional requirements β€” performance, security, scalability, availability, and accessibility
  • Design product flows for AI-embedded features β€” conversational agents, intelligent recommendations, AI-assisted decision workflows
User Research & Voice of Customer
  • Own the Voice of Customer function β€” design and execute user research programmes including interviews, contextual enquiries, surveys, and usability sessions
  • Synthesise qualitative and quantitative findings into actionable insights that directly inform backlog prioritisation and product strategy
  • Build and maintain user personas, journey maps, and jobs-to-be-done frameworks as living artefacts
  • Champion a user-centred product culture across squads and stakeholder teams
  • Use LLM-based assistants to accelerate research consolidation β€” applying critical judgement to validate all AI-generated outputs
Business Case & Requirements
  • Produce high-quality PRDs, user stories, and functional specifications capturing both business intent and technical constraints
  • Develop and maintain product business cases including value propositions, success metrics, investment rationale, and feasibility assessments
  • Use LLM-based tools to accelerate drafting of documentation and stakeholder communications β€” reviewing and adapting all AI-generated content for contextual fit
Mentoring & PM Practice Development
  • Act as the product management subject matter expert β€” mentoring junior and peer product owners on methodology, prioritisation frameworks, and delivery best practices
  • Define and champion PM standards, templates, and ways of working across the organisation
  • Stay current with emerging trends in product management, low-code delivery, and AI-assisted workflows β€” recommending tools for adoption where relevant
