Job Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop consultant design drawings for architectural and structural projects.
  • Create architectural and structural models using Revit software.
  • Prepare shop drawings for all concrete members including walls, columns, beams, foundations, bridges, staircases, retaining walls, concrete slabs, core/shear walls, helipads, pile foundations, airport structures, and utility structures.
  • Detail and estimate reinforcement (rebar) for structural elements.
  • Conduct building estimation and concrete quantity survey.
  • Execute concrete formwork for all concrete members.
  • Generate all views including plan, section, and elevation.

Skill Sets Required:

  • Proficiency in BIM/drafting techniques.
  • Strong computer skills, particularly with Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy in modeling and drawings.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey ideas and concepts effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Education Required: Diploma, Bachelor’s degree, or ITI in a relevant field.
  • Minimum Experience Required: 3-7 years of experience, with at least 4 years of experience in the GCC region.
  • Software Knowledge: Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
