Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Digital Solutions Enterprise Architect & Technical Team Lead
to act as the technical “mastermind” for large-scale digital initiatives. This role requires deep expertise in
enterprise architecture combined with strong leadership to guide multi-disciplinary teams from concept through
successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Solution Architecture

  • Define and own the technical vision, strategy, and architecture roadmap aligned with enterprise goals.
  • Design scalable, secure, and resilient solutions across Cloud, Microservices, Integration Platforms, Automation, Data & AI.
  • Evaluate, select, and approve technologies based on business and technical requirements.
  • Establish and enforce architecture governance, standards, and design patterns.

Technical Team Leadership

  • Lead and mentor large technical teams including senior developers and technical leads.
  • Ensure delivery adherence to approved architectures, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Conduct technical reviews covering performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Act as the escalation point for complex technical challenges, providing hands-on guidance when required.

Business & Delivery Alignment

  • Translate business objectives into clear, executable technical solutions.
  • Guide digital service design to enhance user experience and delivery outcomes.
  • Define optimal implementation and deployment strategies.
  • Identify technical risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks and implement mitigation plans.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 10–15 years of experience in software development, solution architecture, and enterprise systems.
  • Strong experience with modern digital technologies and cloud-native architectures.
  • Proven leadership of large-scale, complex enterprise projects.
  • Ability to align business strategy, technical architecture, and delivery execution.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Education & Certifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Relevant architecture or cloud certifications are highly desirable.
